Long time......

You ever sit back and wonder where the time is going? I feel like an old man as I get out of bed every morning. I woke up the other morning and woke Jill up cause about every joint in my body popped in a beautiful harmony of pain. Jill thought I had ran into the table or stepped on something. "Nope. Just aligning for the day." But for real. It seems as we get older it is harder and harder to hang on to relationships that are in the B and C priority group (A is family and really good friends.) So all of you out there who read this, which may only be the A group, give us a holler, or maybe even come out for a little visit to the wild and woolley, I mispelled that on purpose, Colorado. We love you guys and hope you are doing great.

Ize's Birthday! What a year!

Wow what a year it has been! It really has flown by and it has been crazy to see how much Ize has changed. She used to be so small and helpless. And as the pictures go on you can see just how crazy and awesome she has become. We love you Ize.

One of her first pics!

1 year old girl!

My favorite picture of all time!!!! She had so much fun with that cake.

It was funny she kept looking up at us like, "Hey guys are you sure I'm not going to get in trouble for this."

Let's just say she eats like her dad!

This picture is awesome!

She is crazy!

The aftermath, it was kinda like watching the cookie monster eat, not much got in the guy's stomach but there was sure a mess afterwards!

A little bit of pink war paint right in between her eyes!

Now she knows the consequences. She was ticked!
Ize we love you so much and hope that your next year will be just as fun and you will keep being the best little girl ever.

Christmas time

So no ghosts this year for Marty. Thank goodness. We just wanted to put up a couple of pics of Ize to see her Christmas. She is spoiled, but we love her.

She is very protective of her doll.

Ok maybe not.

Maybe she is just hungry!

So basically pooh exploded all over our house, take that in whatever context you want to.

When eyeore's ears started moving she didnt know what to think.

So she tried to destroy it. No she really likes it!

She didnt really get the unwrapping presents thing but she would hit it and the paper would rip and then I think she got a little scared and a little curious.

She always tries to have fun and smile though.

And she loves the camera.

Well overall she did great this year and we had a ball. We love you guys and hope to see you all soon,

Grinch-ish

Anyone else worried about seeing 3 ghosts on Christmas eve like I (Marty) am? I think that the only reason that I have not seen "The trio", as I call them is because I live with Jill. And she is full of it...Christmas cheer that is. I usually am fully into my grinch suit by now but I am making a big effort to not be so bah-humbug! I can slowly feel myself slipping back into my suit each time I go to the store, I'm looking at you Wal-mart. Everytime I come out of that place with my migrane and my cheap stuff in the cart in front of me. I swear getting out of there alive is a battle. Each time I get home I swear I am never going to go there again, but that only lasts a week till I need something else. Every year I swear that there are going to be no presents just a card in everone's stocking that reads, "$50 was given to ______ in your name." Fill in the blank with "The Troops" or "Cancer research." I can see all of the little mushroom clouds over certain people's heads already begining to form. But isn't that what it is all about. I often say dont get me anything cause honestly I don't need anything. I feel bad thinking that people feel like they need to get me something. If I got a half set of encyclopedias or a horrible looking hoodie face hat thing I would be more than happy. Well I will hopefully continue to only have my feet in this year but I swear push me over the edge people and I will be suited up before you know!

I really hope everyone has a Happy Christmas and a Merry New Year!

Family Pics! (There are a lot sorry!)

So here are just some, just in case we dont get around to sending out Christmas Cards! The lady who took them did a great job and we are soooo happy with the results.

Classic Ize Stare!

She got tired of this pose quickly.

Thats a leaf in her paws, it was the only way to get her not to cry!

Good looking bunch!

Holding a leaf up above her, sucker!

My favorite picture of her! The best face!
