Timber

So we had to cut our tree down yesterday. It was a long drawn out process between us getting settled in the house and the snow and everything else. For those of you who don't know we found out at the closing table that the HOA was making us get our tree cut down. So it was a surprise but whatever. So I know many of you can already see Marty cutting this tree down, it was huge by the way and right in between our house and our neighbors house. So I am sure many of you can see a tree on our car,

or on our house

....or on Marty.

But we decided to get it professionally done and it looks great. But if anyone wants any firewood just stop by my house, it is in the front yard and you can take as much as you like.

Swine Flu Shot!

So I just got the Swine flu shot! I am a little ahead of the game cause I work for the health department. The lady really tried to push the nasal spray on me but I said I am good just shoot me in the arm. It wasn't bad. I will keep you updated if anything happens in the coming days!

Some inside information on the swine flu stuff! (Since I am soooo in the know on it) yeah right. So to everyone in the Denver area (Tri County to be more specific) it should be pretty straight forward. There will be big sites that nurses will be at, mostly at schools, during the week where there will be just massive shot clinics. If you want any real information on it the best place, if you are in Tri-County area, is to check out tchd.org and also the local news channels are a good spot to get more info.

New House

So we are finally moved in and are feeling really good about the house. Here are some pics for those of you who are too far away to see it or are too lazy! JK. It formatted really weird so I tried to fix it I hope it works but I dont know how to work this thing.

New House

So after 3 months of waiting, patiently and not so, we finally closed on our house on July 31st! It was stressful even until the last minute. When we got to the closing table at 2pm no money had been transferred between the banks. So we just started signing papers and by 4pm every thing had gone through! We are so happy.Everything fell into place also for us getting a truck for the next day to move all of our stuff. What a blessing all the people who showed up from the Parker Ward and our new ward to help us move everything out. I really cant believe that we did it. There are still a few little things but overall everything is in our house. Our house does look like a box city but at least it is ours. We are getting everything in ship shape for our open house. We will let you know when that is going down. Also we will post some pics of the house as soon as it is ready. We love you all and we hope that everything is going great, for all 3 of you who read this blog.
