So basically Fall foods are alive and well in the Easter house.
Later in the day Izebelle spotted her old Halloween costume that I just pulled out of storage and cleaned to put in the closet for Kaelie. Ize asked if she could put it on and of course I said yes.
She looks pretty cute and pretty happy. She definitely wasn't this happy when she wore it the first time.
Ize eventually cheered up
I am a little sad to see summer go. The only reason being is that I no longer get to see my little girls in their cute swim suits. But I welcome Fall with open arms.
So a few weeks ago our washing machine stopped working. I had just washed the girls' clothes and was washing mine when it quit. It was in the middle of the rinse cycle so it was filled with water. We were so upset. We've only had the machine for 3 years. Marty pulled my clothes out and scooped out the water. He then went on the internet and figured out how to fix it. He pulled out the pump and found this inside:
Yes that is a baby sock and yes it was completely entangled in the pump and yes I did pull it out with pliers.
Needless to say we now put all the girls' socks in a mesh bag.
So last week Kaelie had her 9 month appointment. She weighs 20 pounds 5 ounces and is 28 1/2 inches long. She is 75% for weight, 70% for height and 85% for head circumference. We love her and we are so glad she is healthy and happy.
Cara and Darr just came to visit and Marty's family is coming out soon. I plan to post about both after Marty's family leaves.
Have a great weekend!
